Maya has been running for over 30 years and has found running to be one of the few constants throughout her life. She has found it to be a source of joy and solace, as well as a wonderful way to cope with life's stressors. Maya has been coaching for a local Fleet Feet Running Store for the past 4 years with her primary love being trail running. She has competed as an amateur and has completed multiple marathons, a 50 K and an Ironman Triathlon. She loves inspiring others to run and is always seeking to improve her running form and her ease of running, incorporating a variety of methods and philosophies.
