Hiking in Your Aloneness
Limited Capacity filling up

How often are you truly with your aloneness? Most of us get caught wanting, searching or grasping for connection, but it is only because we haven't been with our aloneness that we feel disconnected. We will be hiking up the Granite Chief Trail in silence to my favorite spot to meditate. The trail is uphill and rather strenuous. Bring Water and maybe a sweatshirt to sit on. Allocate 2.5 hours out of your schedule. You will return with the wisdom that you are never alone.

Forest Bathing for Greater Life Purpose
Limited Capacity full

Listen to the call of your wild soul. It's time to step out of the mundane everyday and journey into the forest to find your reason for being alive on this planet at this time. During this sacred experience you will learn how to invite Nature to guide you on your journey and how to discover the unique medicine that you have to offer the world. Inspired by the evidence-based Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, this forest bath begins with a walking meditation, works with the medicine wheel, moves through simple invitations to cut energetic cords, pass through portals, and receive wisdom from Nature, and culminates in a wabi-sabi tea ceremony. You'll come away feeling cleansed, connected, and with greater clarity about your life.

Limited Capacity seats available

Ever feel paralyzed with pain for Mother Earth? Or perhaps you've been so concerned with healing the Earth and all her beings that you've completely exhausted yourself? Inspired by the evidence-based Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku as well as shamanic reiki, and deep ecology, this workshop invites you to share your pain and sorrow and then compost it so that a new dream may emerge. Learn to let go of your eco-anxiety once and for all, listen to the messages the Earth wants to share with you, and experience profound spiritual healing. The class begins with a silent walking meditation, moves through various invitations and energy practices in the forest, and culminates with a wabi-sabi tea ceremony.

A meditative hike diving into the Vedantic philosophy of non-attachment. Our bodies as well as everything around us is comprised of the five elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Wind, Ether. During this hike we will stop and meditate on each of these elements, working to dissolve ego and identity by understanding our deep connection to the world around us. Intimacy in the Mountains
Limited Capacity filling up

This is a hike for couples. There is nothing like hiking in nature to open us up and when we are open there is a greater intimacy with life. Many couples are so busy with life that their relationship suffers and lacks the intimacy that they crave. Let us take this time to open ourselves to our beloved. This will be a moderate hike up Shirley Canyon in silence, taking in the water, the rock and the woods. We will find a spot to sit, meditate and engage in a co-listening exercise. May we return more intimately connected to ourselves and our partners.
