So many people are feeling unstable right now. Political and environmental instability disrupts our sense of feeling grounded and held. Touching the earth meditation is a practice that reminds us to that the earth is always present to hold us and in holding us it also grounds us. In this session, Lama Rod will guide participants through a series of guided instructions helping them to open to the energy of the earth which will result in a deeper stability both physically and emotionally.
Class time devoted to lecture: 11-20 minutes
