Come try 2 great Les Mills workouts and experience the incredible contrast of HIIT and yoga. LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises like squats, burpees, jumps and pushups to deliver the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. Once we smash out our cardio, we will finish with 30 minutes of BODYFLOW®, the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. Ideal for everyone, a BODYFLOW workout guides you through a series of balance, stretching, core stability and breathing exercises, inspired by yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates. You'll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.
