Class begins and ends with a short hike. Pausing in nature, hikers will receive simple writing art prompts designed to access self-inquiry processes and time to reflect before returning to the village. Focus is on connection, reflection, and creative expression. Bring a journal.
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
