Meditation for Breath Focus: In this Meditation workshop, we explore the relationship between breath and focus so that you can experience the subtle sensations of the body as you let your awareness rise. The breath has the ability to become a tool for grounding, focus, clarity, and cleansing. Learning how to control and use your breath to create a calm mind, alleviate stress, and bring you into the present moment are only a few of the benefits you will gain from this class.
Class time devoted to lecture: 11-20 minutes
