They say, "Water is the driving force of all nature", its powerful force can penetrate mountains, create new rivers and paths to flow. During this all-levels flow nature will be our guide as we move together to find the gentleness behind this great force. Allow yourself to move with the water, finding the strength and resilience of your own body. By the end you will understand what is means, "to be still like a mountain and flow like a great river".
