Resting is not a weakness and allowing your body to be still is not for the faint of heart. Make some time to relax and take in all that is beautiful Tahoe. Floating above the calm water surrounded by mountains, we'll slowly move into and hold stretches longer than what is comfortable. This is where the healing occurs, in the moments you choose to stay. After this 90-minute restorative float you will be ready to take on another day of Wanderlusting!
