What better way to get a serious workout than on the water, practicing yoga on a floating mat. This class combines a vinyasa-style flow with challenging standing pose sequences and solid core work. Plenty of play time to explore standing balance poses, arm balances and inversions will have you finding muscles you never knew existed to balance in ways you never thought possible and smiling all the while. Falling in is just part of the fun.
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
