Where do you go to let go, what is it that make you happy? This class is about taking you there, to where you feel your bliss! We will laugh, splash and we won't be taking ourselves too seriously. In this 90-minute Vinyasa flow we will play with balancing on one-leg, stand on our heads and get tangled up in some arm balances. No prerequisite required just be open to trying something new and having a lot of fun while you're at it.
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
