When we do traditional asana we always need to use our muscles to support our bodies going into backbends. In AcroYoga our partners can give that support so we can soften our muscles and let gravity help us into poses with less struggle and more depth. We will play with many ways to open our spines with the support of each other. When we do this work courage and fear are two of the dominant emotions that rule our experience. With support, we can face our fears to become more free and liberated. Whether its solo, partner or flying yoga we need to listen, breath and explore where we have not been before. You should have a comfortable wheel to attend this class.
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
