Life is rowdy, and stress is rapidly becoming the epidemic of our modern times. Even if we don't view ourselves as "stressed", most of us experience an unconscious undercurrent of anxiety or stress which has become our new "normal" operating baseline.

In this class we will explore stress, meditation and the scientifically-proven simple techniques that initially work as an antidote to stress and ultimately help us to redefine our relationship with this wild life.

Our time together will be spent in dynamic discussion and meditation. You will learn simple, formal meditations and "touchstone" practices that you can use anytime, anywhere.

Be prepared to meet the stresses in your life with a sense of calm, clear, presence and resilience.
Class time devoted to lecture: 21-30 minutes
