Got crunchy shoulders? If your practice leaves your shoulders in agony, you are recovering from an injury, overuse, or just want to improve posture and shoulder mobility, this session is for you! The class will include easy-to-follow self-massage techniques with RAD Roller tools to roll away tension and pain of the neck, upper back, and shoulders. You'll also learn self-care exercises to restore harmony and balance to your shoulders and neck. Good for all levels.
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
