Learn how to use RAD Roller to ease tension and pain of the hips, low back and IT band. Move beyond basic stretching and uplevel your self-care and make lasting change for your hips! This class will be a blend of bodywork techniques and dynamic stretching to build strength and flexibility for the hips and lower body.
