You want to lift the hoop from your waist to your hand and then put the hoop back on your body again. You've seen those trippy isolation moves where the hoop is turning, suspended in space. You want to explore some body rolls - releasing the hoop to glide across your chest or back. Perhaps you want to send the hoop flying as you do a spin and return to starting position so you can catch it again. In this intermediate level workshop (prerequisite: know how to waist hoop) you will get handy with the hoop, expanding your hoop repertoire with the aforementioned moves. HoopYogini™ is transformational fitness merging hula hooping with Hatha yoga and mindfulness meditation.
