Limited Capacity full

Mindfulness meditation is about focus, attention, steadiness, and clarity. It is a practice we train in to know what we are doing and what is happening in our bodies and minds. Embodiment-based mindfulness meditation is a practice of being in our bodies, knowing our bodies, moving with our bodies as it moves through the world. It is breathing with it, hurting with it, and rejoicing with it. When we are with other bodies sharing spaces, communing together, then mindfulness is knowing that we are there showing up with our bodies and breath. We can develop wisdom through knowing our bodies as we begin pay attention to and we began to understand the ways in which we can take better care of our bodies. Join Lama Rod as he supports us in gentle and clear guided embodiment-based mindfulness instructions that can invite you back into your body to establish a firmer sense of balance, stability, and connectedness not only to our selves, but with others around us.
