One of the biggest challenges with starting a meditation practice is relaxing the mind and body enough to begin. Chelsea's workshop introduces meditation, breathing exercises, and guided deep relaxation practices for practitioners who are new and possibly feeling overwhelmed about how to begin a meditation practice.
Class time devoted to lecture: 11-20 minutes
